Location: 400 South Woods Mills Rd, Suite 100, Chesterfield MO.

Hours: Monday- Friday, rotating shifts 7am-7pm; Sat rotation 8am-4:30pm; full-time, 40hrs/week, 8hr shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, enter, and process prescriptions according to Blink protocols
• Assist in the preparation of prescription orders, managing workflow, dispensing, and shipping
• Maintain inventory, including storage, ordering, rotation, and beyond use dating
• Place outbound calls and receive inbound calls to resolve issues with patients, doctors, and insurers
• Document all call information and data according to operating procedures
• Provide patient care support and triage to a pharmacist when needed
• Develop a basic understanding of Blink Health products for quick pharmacy assistance
• Resolve open orders through communication with pharmacists and the Customer Experience team
• Perform tasks in a safe, compliant manner following policies and laws
• Collaborate with management and pharmacists
• Complete special assignments as directed by supervisor

What You’ll Need:

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri (in good standing, unrestricted)
• National certification as a pharmacy technician through PTCB or NHA
• At least 5 years pharmacy technician experience
• Strong command of English
• Excellent phone support skills
• Attention to detail and high accuracy
• Ability to learn complex software and technologies
• Leadership and coaching experience preferred
