Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide certificate required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medication administration with older adults.
• Ability to follow state regulations and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and on schedule.
• Document medications given or not given per policies.
• Monitor residents' health, safety and well‑being.
• Record changes in residents' status and vital signs.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Attend staff meetings and complete in‑service training.
