Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Current BCLS/CPR certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and assist with exams and procedures.
• Record patient data and vital signs prior to physician visits.
• Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies as needed.
• Assist physicians with exams and procedures as requested and maintain clean clinical areas.
• Answer phones and help maintain physician schedules and referrals.
