The Senior Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) at CTEH manages complex industrial hygiene (IH) and building sciences projects, develops personnel, and generates revenue within the Building Sciences division. The candidate should have expertise in industrial hygiene and building-related health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include leading projects from start to finish, addressing scope of work, worker health, site safety, environmental controls, and remediation verification. The role also involves business development, team enhancement, and client relationship management. Good decision-making, creativity, and stakeholder interfacing skills are essential. Preference for candidates in Florida or with credentials for building science tasks in the state. Reports to the Director of Building Sciences, with some travel required.

Activities/Tasks/Scope:
