Job summary

PSI Services is hiring a Senior Test Developer to support item editing, item bank management, and test creation for certifications. This full-time role allows remote work within the US, with travel up to 20% for meetings and workshops.

You will manage client programs, lead development meetings with stakeholders, and maintain item banks using PSI’s software. Core hours align with office availability Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in professional test development of credentialing/exam programs.
• Experience with client advisory for large-scale testing programs preferred.
• Experience with project management processes preferred.
• Strong proofreading skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage clients’ item banks using proprietary software.
• Maintain and update items and classifications in item banks.
• Edit and proofread items per grammar, spelling and client style guides.
• Assemble test forms meeting criteria and document results.
• Facilitate test development meetings with clients and SMEs.
• Train item writers and monitor progress on assignments.
• Document decisions/outcomes from meetings.
