Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Senior Test Developer for a remote-US role with flexible hours around core office availability. You will manage item banks, edit test content, and coordinate with clients and SMEs to develop certifications tests. Occasional travel up to 20% may be required.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in test development, strong proofreading skills, and experience with large-scale testing programs. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional test development, credentialing or certification exams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong proofreading and editing capabilities.
• Experience with large-scale testing programs and client advisory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage clients’ item banks in proprietary testing software.
• Maintain and update items and classifications in the item bank.
• Edit and proofread items for grammar, style, and client specs.
• Assemble test forms meeting criteria and document results.
• Lead test development meetings with clients and subject matter experts.
• Train item writers and monitor progress on writing assignments.
• Document decisions/outcomes from test development meetings.
