Job summary

HireReady Partners in Knoxville, TN, seeks an experienced Process Engineer to own ceramic manufacturing process scale-up from R&D to full production. You will specify equipment, oversee installation, commissioning, validation and continuous improvement, while collaborating with maintenance, quality, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

Establish, maintain and optimize process engineering operations in a ceramic manufacturing facility.
Lead commissioning, FAT/SAT, and process validation activities.
Develop best-method manufacturing processes for new products and materials.
Manage capital projects from scoping to installation and commissioning.
Drive yield and throughput improvements with cross-functional teams.
Train operators and maintain quality control documentation.
Interface with vendors and equipment suppliers from specs to acceptance testing.
