Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or related field.
• 5+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or process development.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing process performance for assigned product families and deliver sustained gains in yield, capability, throughput, scrap, and cost.
• Serve as technical authority for ceramic processes; guide engineers and review analyses.
• Set technical direction and monitor progress across related engineering work.
• Exercise independent judgment to develop defensible technical decisions with evidence, assumptions, and risks.
• Spend significant time on the manufacturing floor conducting trials and verifying improvements.
• Lead complex root-cause investigations and permanent corrective actions for MRB issues.
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions; train users.
• Lead cross-site initiatives and transfer knowledge with receiving-site readiness.
• Represent Engineering in cross-functional discussions and drive agreed technical actions.
• Mentor junior engineers and support Leadership development plans.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to introduce new products and technologies.
