Job summary

Dudek is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mid-to-large environmental planning projects focused on CEQA and NEPA compliance in Pasadena or Santa Barbara. This hybrid role combines client engagement, staff mentorship, and multi-disciplinary coordination.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables, provide technical leadership, and work with public and private clients to achieve project goals in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in environmental planning.
• Experience managing CEQA/NEPA projects.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEQA and NEPA projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate staff and subconsultants.
• Oversee preparation and quality review of environmental documents.
• Monitor project performance, risks, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Mentor staff and support business development initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership on environmental planning.
