Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain Central Plant equipment, including boilers, HVAC systems, pumps, and related mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure reliable plant operations.
• Monitor conditions, temperatures, pressures, and equipment performance, and respond to abnormal or emergency conditions.
• Provide senior technical guidance to junior engineering personnel and oversee shifts.
