Job summary

GGP is seeking a Senior Central Plant Engineer for our Fashion Show mall location in Las Vegas. This on-site role coordinates outside vendors, maintains the central plant, and supports the Operations Manager with budget and build-out coordination.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HVAC/facilities maintenance, supervisory experience, and strong EMS/CMMS proficiency. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are required for safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of HVAC and facilities maintenance repair/management experience.
Maintenance/HVAC license through City or State government.
2-year graduate of a Technical School or Certificate.
Valid Driver's License, if applicable.
5 years of supervisory experience with strong leadership and delegation.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a program for central plant and equipment maintenance.
Run preventative maintenance programs and address center/building problems as needed.
Assist Operations Manager with budget prep for operating costs and tenant build-outs.
Supervise maintenance staff and interaction with vendors to ensure contract terms.
Coordinate EMS/CMMS activities and ensure life safety code compliance.
