Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Central Plant Engineer to operate and maintain the property's machinery, HVAC and mechanical equipment. This position emphasizes safety and adherence to resort policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining water systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, and associated equipment while performing preventive maintenance and identifying efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or related trades.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and heating equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant licenses as required by law or policy.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains domestic water and chilled water systems.
• Maintains heating, ventilation, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoots maintenance problems and implements solutions.
• Performs preventive maintenance and orders supplies as needed.
• Adheres to safety standards and maintains clean working environment.
