Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Central Operations experience in banking operations or supervisory roles.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with administrative computer systems including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to Central Operations staff.
• Identify and escalate issues in procedures or workloads to management.
• Ensure deadlines are met and high-quality work standards are maintained.
• Perform operational tasks including chargebacks, ACH, wire transfers, and check processing.
• Balance reconciliation and research discrepancies; prepare reports for management and audits.
