Job summary

You will provide technical underwriting expertise, service endorsements, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely policy services and ongoing portfolio improvement.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite renewal business with risk selection, pricing, and account management.
• Develop, analyze, and evaluate information and exposure to loss.
• Document files with underwriting thought process and decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stakeholder management and timely policy services.
• Mentor and coach team members; provide guidance and training.
• Assist with portfolio review to progress toward business objectives.
