Job summary

BoldAge PACE is seeking a Center Support Aide in Moraine, OH to help run the PACE center smoothly and safely. This non-clinical role supports setup, meal service, and daily workflows, escorting participants and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will restock supplies, support transportation coordination, and communicate needs to supervisors. The position emphasizes a people-first approach and adherence to infection control and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in hospital, nursing home, or community-based setting preferred.
• License/Certifications per State requirements; NJ must have CHHA/CNA.
• Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.
• Pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screen as part of pre-employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily setup, organization, and breakdown of personal care rooms/center, including arranging tables, chairs, hydration stations, and supplies.
• Escort participants within the center under staff supervision, including personal care or transfers.
• Assist with meal service operations, tray setup, dining area cleanup, and support feeding needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of common areas, following Infection Control policies.
• Restock center supplies (linens, PPE, personal care items) and support transportation coordination.
• Monitor environment for safety concerns and report issues to leadership.
• Foster respectful relationships with participants, families and team members.
• Follow policies, confidentiality standards, and OSHA safety guidelines at all times.
• Perform other non-clinical duties to support daily PACE center operations.
• Administer personal care within scope of practice as designated; maintain related documentation.
• May cover home care needs of participants and participate in IDT for PCA role.
