Job summary

BoldAge PACE in Moraine, OH seeks a Center Support Aide to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment. You will assist with setting up, organizing, and breaking down spaces, support meal service, and help with participant escorting and routine tasks.

Role requires non-clinical support experience, and state-required licenses (CHHA/CNA) are preferred. Training is provided for a frail or elderly population, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a hospital, nursing home or community setting.
• License/certifications per State requirements; CHHA/CNA preferred.
• Experience with frail or elderly populations; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily setup, organization, and breakdown of personal care spaces and dining areas.
• Escort participants within the center under staff supervision.
• Support meal service operations and feeding needs when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas per infection control policies.
• Restock supplies and assist with transportation coordination.
