Zusammenfassung

BoldAge PACE is seeking a Center Support Aide to help the PACE center run smoothly and safely each day. You will assist with setup, organization, and breakdown of personal care spaces, meals, and common areas, maintaining a welcoming environment for participants, staff, and visitors.

You’ll provide non-clinical support, escort participants, assist with meal service, restock supplies, and help with daily programming while following Infection Control policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Two (2) years of experience in a hospital, nursing home or community-based setting is preferable.
• NJ must have CHHA/CNA license.
• 1 year of experience with a frail or elderly population preferred; training may be provided if not.
• Position-specific competencies for the Personal Care Specialist will be met prior to assuming participant care.

Aufgaben

• Set up, organize, and break down personal care rooms/center; arrange tables, chairs, hydration stations, and maintain supplies.
• Escort participants within the center under staff supervision; assist with personal care or transfers.
• Assist meal service operations: tray setup, table prep, meal delivery, and dining area cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of common areas; follow Infection Control policies and procedures.
• Restock center supplies and support transportation coordination; escort wheelchairs as needed.
• Monitor center safety and report issues to leadership; support positive participant experience.
• Provide professional non-clinical interaction with participants, families, and team members.
• Follow confidentiality standards and OSHA safety guidelines at all times.
• Perform other non-clinical duties as assigned; administer personal care within scope when designated.
• Maintain documentation for toileting, showers, laundry, and water temperatures.
