Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma with 3+ years in community service.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with older adults from diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.
• Must pass TB health screening.
• CPR and First Aid within 3 months of employment and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of activities and services at the senior center.
• Coordinate activities, classes and events; ensure rooms arranged per schedule and lease.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff and volunteers; coordinate volunteer support.
• Maintain clean, safe site and equipment; arrange repairs as needed.
