• Experience creating promotional materials and newsletters is preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint for flyers and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and designing senior center programs and events.
• Execute programming with varied fitness and cognitive levels; recruit participants.
• Provide frontline customer service; answer questions and enroll clients in programs.
• Coordinate promotional materials, flyers, calendars, and newsletters.
• Plan and lead monthly activities and coordinate space and transportation as needed.
• Provide clerical support: reports, calendars, meeting minutes, and inventory.
