Job summary

NM Counties oversees senior centers in Santa Fe County, coordinating classes, speakers, and activities for seniors. The role includes conducting needs assessments, organizing events, and maintaining records across centers to support nutrition programs and community services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; four years of experience in customer service, administration, or social services.
• First Aid and CPR certification required within three months of hire.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities at senior centers and coordinates programs.
• Conducts needs assessments for NMALTSD and AAA; prepares reports for eligibility and services.
• Recruits, trains and supervises volunteers; coordinates drivers for center activities.
