The role emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and maintaining a welcoming, safe environment for older adults and community guests. Background checks are required and the position involves light janitorial duties and opening/closing

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience working with the general public, answering phones and handling cash.
• Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service and operate a point of sale system.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with program registration and payments, and support classes and activities.
• Help with facility operations, including room reservations, set up/clean up, and equipment handling.
• Provide evening and weekend coverage as a building supervisor and maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff.
