Cemex US is seeking a quality control leader to plan, coordinate, and direct a robust QC program ensuring products meet established standards. You may supervise staff to monitor materials, processes, and finished goods in a cement plant setting.

The role emphasizes safety, data analysis, and collaboration with production to optimize reliability and control costs. A chemical engineering degree and cement experience are required.

Qualifications

• A degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent four-year degree required.
• 5–10 years of cement experience (process engineering or lab experience strongly preferred).
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a safe working environment in accordance with MSHA and CEMEX safety policies.
• Analyzes statistical data and product specs to set quality standards for finished products.
• Coordinates quality objectives with production to maximize reliability and minimize costs.
