Job summary

BTS Software Solutions seeks a Captured Enemy Material (CEM) Analyst who will participate in the exploitation and analysis of CEM documents and media. The SME will identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics to support target development and warning.

The role requires advanced analytic capabilities and collaboration with DoD and IC partners on forecasts and assessments. An active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of analytical intelligence experience in DoD/IA environments, with five (5) years in operational analysis.
• Advanced F3EAD targeting methodology knowledge across disciplines.
• Experience with the Intelligence Cycle, HVI targeting, SNA, PoL analysis, SSE, and data-at-rest.
• Expert knowledge applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect and integrate complex targeting information.

Responsibilities

• Exploit and analyze Captured Enemy Material (CEM) documents and media.
• Identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics to support target development and warning.
• Produce all-source intelligence studies and collaborate with DoD and IC partners on forecasts and assessments.
