BTS Software Solutions seeks a Captured Enemy Material (CEM) Analyst who will participate in the exploitation and analysis of CEM documents and media. The SME will identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics to support target development and warning.

The role requires advanced analytic capabilities and collaboration with DoD and IC partners on forecasts and assessments. An active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of analytical intelligence experience in DoD/IA environments, with five (5) years in operational analysis.
• Advanced F3EAD targeting methodology knowledge across disciplines.
• Experience with the Intelligence Cycle, HVI targeting, SNA, PoL analysis, SSE, and data-at-rest.
• Expert knowledge applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect and integrate complex targeting information.

POSITION AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Primary Location: Ft Bragg, NC

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking Captured Enemy Material (CEM) Analysts who shall participate in the exploitation and provide analysis of CEM related documents and media. The CEM Analyst shall have advanced analytic capabilities to identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics in support of target development and warning and the production of all-source strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis. CEM Analyst shall produce intelligence products associated with researching, analyzing, evaluating, and publishing routine intelligence studies, plans, and or products and collaborates with other analysts throughout the DoD and the Intelligence Community on forecasts and assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent Inter-Agency (IA) operational community. The CEM SME shall have no less than five (5) years of operational analysis in their analytical field.
• Advanced skill sets with the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze and Disseminate (F3EAD) targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
• Advanced skill sets with the Intelligence Cycle, High Value Individuals (HVI) Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis, Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE) and data-at-rest.
• Employ their expert knowledge and understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to intelligence operations.
• Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to targeting.
