Job summary

Analytic Solutions Group seeks an experienced TSCM professional to develop, implement, and maintain programs across agency and ICD levels. You will conduct physical and technical assessments, perform TEMPEST surveys, and recommend mitigations to identify vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities include policy research, education development, and collaboration with IC partners to strengthen security posture. A strong background in RF, TI, and cyber-related domains is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience or Master's with 10-13 years.
• TSCM certification with TEMPEST experience.
• Expert knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding, wireless communications, and TSCM processes.
• Knowledge of counterintelligence, insider threat, physical security, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Perform TSCM inspections and TEMPEST surveys.
• Research and develop policy and instruction at agency and ICD levels.
• Lead TEMPEST-related testing and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with IC components on security policy and education.
