Aviat Networks is seeking a Senior Manager, Cellular Solutions to shape the portfolio strategy for Aprisa LTE 5G and related services. You will own market opportunity analysis, VoC validation, pricing, and product launches across the life cycle.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, align KPIs to marketing goals, and drive revenue while balancing cost and quality. The role supports remote work or office-based arrangements, with global responsibilities and flex hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in high-tech global B2B marketing.
• Strong technical understanding of cellular networking and customer use cases.
• Experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven thinking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft BI and Jira.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Defines product roadmap, pricing strategy, distribution, and performance.
• Owns new product introduction including VoC and launch.
• Defines market needs for solution launches and growth.
• Aligns KPIs with marketing initiatives; builds pricing models by segment.
• Manages tradeoffs and resource allocation to meet portfolio objectives.
• Drives portfolio revenue and margins; oversees tech, cost, quality.
• Develops and coaches cross-functional team members.
