Job summary

Private Cellular Engineering & Architecture is seeking an experienced professional to lead design, deployment, and optimization of Private Cellular networks across campus, manufacturing, data centers, and remote sites. You will design and implement Private 4G/5G solutions, evaluate RF viability, and collaborate with LAN/WAN/WLAN and security teams.

Qualifications

BS or higher in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
8–10 years in cellular/wireless/network engineering or related field.
Hands-on DAS and signal-boosting experience.
Experience designing/deploying Private Cellular Networks (4G/5G).
Experience with licensed and CBRS spectrum.
Strong knowledge of RF technologies and LTE.
Strong enterprise networking and TCP/IP knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to management.

Responsibilities

Develop standards, architectures, and roadmaps for Private Cellular and Radio infrastructure.
Design enterprise Private Cellular solutions for campus, manufacturing, data center, and remote sites.
Design and deploy Private 4G/5G networks using licensed and CBRS spectrum.
Collaborate with LAN/WAN/WLAN/Security and architecture teams to integrate with enterprise networks.
Support Private Cellular initiatives from PoC through production deployment.
Lead and coordinate project deployments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Perform site surveys and develop plans for facility coverage.
Travel to enterprise sites to support deployments and testing.
