• 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage all functions necessary to manufacture and deliver assigned products in accordance with contract and related requirements.
• Employ lean principles to make continuous improvements.
• Establish and maintain metrics for quality, schedule, cost and lean improvements.
• Present performance and quality status to management regularly.
• Guide cell personnel in manufacturing, planning, material acquisition, and inspection to support contractual requirements.
