Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in transportation construction and major road/bridge projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams as a trusted owner's representative.
• Assist with business development and client meetings.
• Provide technical oversight across transportation and municipal projects.
• Review plans, specifications, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Mentor and support field and office staff.
• Participate in development of new contract opportunities and pursuits.
• Help develop and refine policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
