Job summary

RS&H is seeking an experienced CEI Project Manager to join our Transportation Construction Management team in Ft Myers, FL. The role emphasizes client support, technical leadership, and market development rather than project-only assignment.

You will act as a trusted owner’s representative, support project teams, build new client relationships, assist with business development, and provide technical oversight across transportation and municipal projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program; 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in transportation, municipal, development, or transit construction.
• Ability to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and serve as a technical liaison for FDOT, municipalities, agencies, and transit authorities.
• Assist with business development pursuits, client meetings, and proposal strategy.
• Provide technical guidance to inspection and project teams across the region.
• Review plans, specifications, schedules, RFIs, claims, change orders, and project documentation.
• Assist with constructability reviews, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Mentor and support field and office staff.
• Participate in development of new contract opportunities and pursuits.
• Help develop and refine policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
