This CEI-focused role supports planning, administration, and construction management of transportation projects, with regular site visits and a collaborative team environment.

Requires a ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, PE license or equivalent, and 5+ years in CEI/construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent to pursue licensure.
• 5+ years of relevant CEI/construction management experience.
• Working knowledge of transportation/utility construction plans, specs, quantities, pay apps, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites multiple times per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project and construction management for CEI projects alongside the Project Manager.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, utility owners, contractors, property owners, engineers of record, and others.
• Prepare and document construction progress meetings and action items.
• Review CPM schedules and schedule updates to assess progress and impacts.
