STV seeks a CEI Project Administrator to join our CEI Team in Central Florida (Tampa, FL area) or any Florida location including Tampa, West Palm Beach, Pensacola or Miami. Civil engineering degree and six years of engineering experience are required, with two years in transportation projects and FDOT familiarity.

Master’s degree may substitute for one year. PE license preferred; strong English communication is essential. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree and six (6) years of engineering experience.
• Two (2) years involved in relevant transportation projects.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Preference for FDOT Policies and Procedures experience.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• PE licensure in Florida or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsabilités

• Directing a complex construction engineering administration and inspection program.
• Plan and organize the work of subordinate staff.
• Review policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
• Ensure conformance with FDOT standards.
• Lead CEI project pursuits including marketing and BD.
• Manage and administer QA/QC program.
• Oversee scheduling, costing, and contractor means and methods.
