Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including marketing automation and journey orchestration.
• Experience with SQL and AMPscript.
• Solid understanding of CRM data models, integrations, and enterprise data flows.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM marketing technologies.
• Support the implementation, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of CRM marketing platforms.
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources to build unified, actionable customer profiles.
• Design, manage, and optimize audience segmentation strategies to enable targeted and personalized campaigns.
