Job summary

ARCHER in Seattle is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operation of production CDN applications using Akamai and Cloudflare. You will automate network services and provisioning through IaC, GitOps, and API integrations while guiding system design and engineering standards.

You will build reliable delivery pipelines, review code, mentor engineers, and promote secure, AI‑assisted development practices.

Qualifications

Requires formal software engineering training or certification.
At least five years of applied software engineering experience.
At least three years of hands‑on software engineering experience owning CDN production systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, deployment, and operation of production CDN applications using Akamai and/or Cloudflare.
Automate network services and provisioning through IaC, GitOps, and API integrations.
Guide system design and engineering standards, build reliable delivery pipelines, review code, mentor engineers, and promote secure, responsible AI‑assisted development.
