Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Technical product support for CD-SEM tools sales activities.
• Provide applications support for customers through recipe automation audits.
• Provide technical advice to the marketing team for sales and trade shows.
• Review of training and demonstration materials for technical accuracy.
• Evaluates design, hardware/software, and applications of systems and products based on e-Beam technology.
• Interacts with HW/SW design teams to assist in overall development of the systems.
• Coordinating design requirement reviews to ensure product compliance with customer requirements.
• Provide multi-discipline support to customers by resolving technical issues and documenting changes.
