Job summary

City of Savannah seeks a Televising Inspection Supervisor to oversee skilled work in CCTV inspections of stormwater pipes, inlets and manholes, documenting findings and supporting repairs.

You will supervise the TV truck operations, submit daily reports, and perform pre- and post-trip inspections while ensuring safety and compliance.

A high school diploma or GED with four years of related experience, a valid Georgia driver's license, and successful background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with four years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Background checks and pre-employment screenings required prior to employment.
• Knowledge of city policies, televising equipment, and wastewater collection systems.
• Strong map/blueprint reading and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCTV inspections of stormwater systems using advanced equipment to document findings.
• Supervise operation and maintenance of the TV truck and related equipment.
• Submit daily inspection reports for each task performed.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment.
• Interpret footage and coordinate jet service support to maintain infrastructure.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
