Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a highly experienced CCA (Clinical Care Advance) and TCS (TriZetto Clinical Suite) expert consultant to support a long-term engagement. You will ensure platform stability, drive upgrades, and manage production support, while enabling next-gen AI integrations across healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

• Must have deep hands-on expertise across CCA and TCS upgrades, hotfixes, and integrations.
• Experience with production support, incident management, and RCA.
• Ability to design and implement business enhancements and customizations.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows (Clinical, UM, CM, Claims).
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and .NET/C# extensions and integrations.
• Experience with API and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end platform support for CCA and TCS, including UI, batch jobs, and UM/CM modules.
• Support production and non-production environments with strong troubleshooting.
• Lead upgrades, patching, and hotfix deployments with validation and regression testing.
• Design and implement business enhancements, extensions, and remediation activities.
• Collaborate on AI-driven initiatives and integration of AI/ML capabilities.
• Oversee environment setup, deployments, performance tuning, and health checks.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks; mentor team members.
