Job summary

CTC, a Detroit-based global technology partner, seeks experienced AI Integration Engineers to design and integrate healthcare tech solutions. You will work with AI platforms, data pipelines, and cloud services to deliver secure, scalable integrations.

You'll collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders, implement interoperable data workflows (HL7/FHIR familiarity a plus), and ensure compliance with healthcare security standards while advancing AI-driven healthcare applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong foundation in software engineering and fundamentals.
• Experience with API design and system integration.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Hands-on AI experience including agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrated technology solutions leveraging AI and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, applications, and data platforms.
• Develop and optimize workflows utilizing LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Work with data platforms to ingest, transform, and analyze healthcare data.
• Implement best practices for software engineering, testing, and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture discussions and innovation initiatives in AI-driven healthcare apps.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
