Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior CBRN Modernization Operations Research Analyst to support the Air Force. You will guide governance, modernization, and acquisition efforts across JCIDS, collaborate with OSD and NATO stakeholders, and influence capability requirements protecting warfighters in a full-spectrum threat environment.

Expect to advise at senior levels, coordinate across DAF enterprise, and participate in high-visibility working groups under AF/A4C oversight.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 15+ years of Emergency Services and CBRN defense operations experience.
• Knowledge of DoD 5000 series lifecycle and JCIDS processes.
• Ability to write executive Air Force documentation and lead cross-functional working groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain CBRN Defense governance and programmatic documents (e.g., DAFIs, policies) and develop action plans under AF/A4C oversight.
• Deliver updates to leadership and stakeholders by preparing meeting materials (slides, BBPs, minutes).
• Develop and advocate for DAF capability needs across CBRN Defense initiatives under AF/A4C oversight.
• Attend DAF Joint Integrated Concept Team meetings and support decision elements.
• Provide expert analysis on CBRN modernization to government representatives supporting JCIDS analysis.
• Assist in managing Air Force interests through all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle for major CBRN programs.
• Maintain a web-based collaboration tool for sharing Air Force CBRN information.
• Prepare briefings and papers supporting IPTs and tiger teams.
