Job summary

Redhorse Corporation in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior CBRN Modernization Operations Research Analyst to advise and support Air Force governance, modernization, and acquisition efforts across JCIDS and DoD programs.

You will lead executive-level analyses, coordinate cross-agency working groups, and ensure Air Force equities are represented in planning and documentation, with a TS clearance and 15+ years of CBRN defense experience.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/Sci clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 15+ years of Emergency Services and CBRN defense operations experience.
  • Expert knowledge of the DoD 5000 series acquisition lifecycle and the JCIDS process.
  • Ability to write executive-level Air Force documentation and lead cross-functional working groups.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain CBRN Defense governance documents and action plans under AF/A4C oversight.
  • Deliver meeting materials and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop DAF capability needs across CBRN Defense Science & Technology initiatives under AF/A4C oversight.
  • Participate in DAF JCIDS/OSD/NATO meetings and senior working groups.
  • Provide expert analysis to support Air Force stakeholders and JCIDS analysis.
  • Oversee the DoD acquisition lifecycle for Joint CBRN Defense Programs prior to fielding.
  • Maintain a web-based collaboration tool for Air Force CBRN information dissemination.
  • Prepare briefings, BBPs, and documentation for IPTs and tiger teams.
  • Coordinate Air Force equities across DoD/NATO planning and programming documents.
