Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Senior CBRN Modernization Operations Research Analyst to support the Department of the Air Force under AF/A4C oversight. The role guides CBRN Defense governance, modernization, and acquisition efforts, advocating for DAF equities across JCIDS and collaborating with OSD and NATO stakeholders.

You will advise Government representatives, lead executive briefings, and help manage DoD acquisition lifecycle activities for major Joint CBRN Defense Programs, ensuring

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 15+ years of experience in Emergency Services and CBRN defense operations across a full-spectrum threat environment.
• Broad expertise in corporate processes, policies, and programs, with expert knowledge of Global Force Management policies, guidance, and strategies.
• Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with the DoD 5000 series acquisition lifecycle and the JCIDS process.
• Proven ability to write executive-level Air Force documentation and lead cross-functional working groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain CBRN Defense governance and programmatic documents under AF/A4C oversight.
• Prepare briefings and brief executive-level materials for IPTs and tiger teams.
• Develop DAF capability needs across CBRN Defense initiatives under AF/A4C oversight.
• Attend Joint Integrated Concept Team meetings and participate in key decision elements.
• Provide expert analysis to support JCIDS analysis and Air Force equity capture.
