Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a senior analyst to support AF/A4C programs by developing and advocating DAF capability needs within CBRN Defense initiatives. You will analyze threats, guide modernization efforts, and provide recommendations to senior government officials.

Requirements include 12+ years in Emergency Management/CBRN defense, a TS/SCI clearance, and proficiency in English. The role is hybrid with a Pentagon work location and an expected salary range of $110,000–$120,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years' EM/CBRN defense operations
• Active Top Secret/SCI and NATO clearance on day one
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across DoD/AF layers
• Authorized to work in the US or eligible to obtain work authorization

Responsibilities

• Develop and advocate DAF capability needs within AF/A4C programs
• Analyze CBRN threats and align modernization efforts
• Provide expert analysis to government representatives on CBRN issues
• Prepare briefings and documentation for working groups and teams
• Coordinate with AF enterprise and JCIDS processes to advocate AF equities
