  • Attend, alongside Government representatives, DAF Joint Integrated Concept Team meetings for the Assess RN and Assess CB (detectors), Understand (decision support), Protect (protective equipment), and Mitigate (decontamination) operational elements.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on CBRN Defense Modernization issues to Government representatives to support the direction and oversight of Air Force stakeholders supporting Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) analysis.
  • Assist in managing and overseeing Air Force interests through all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle for the four major Joint CBRN Defense Programs prior to equipment fielding.
  • Maintain a web-based collaboration tool to ensure maximum community awareness for key Air Force CBRN acquisition information.
  • Develop, schedule, orchestrate, and execute Senior Executive-level working groups in support of OSD CBRN modernization and acquisition efforts under AF/A4C oversight.
  • Prepare briefings, Bullet Background Papers (BBPs), and associated documentation supporting working groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and tiger teams analyzing CBRN requirements and acquisition programs.
  • Assist Government representatives in ensuring Air Force CBRN equities are accurately captured in DAF, Joint, DoD, and NATO planning and programming documents.
  • Coordinate and collaborate across the DAF enterprise to advocate for Air Force equities at all Joint/OSD-led CBRN defense research, development, and acquisition phases in accordance with the JCIDS process and DAF vision, mission, and goals.
Required Experience/Clearance
