Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks an experienced EM/CBRN Defense professional for a hybrid Pentagon-based role. You will develop defense capability analyses, advise Air Force stakeholders, and produce briefings and policy documents. This position requires 12+ years in EM/CBRN, active TS/SCI clearance, and a strong command of English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in EM and CBRN defense operations.
• Active Top Secret/SCI and NATO clearance on day one.
• Air Force experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Successful preemployment background checks and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advocate DAF capability needs within AF/A4C initiatives.
• Analyze CBRN threats and align DoD modernization efforts accordingly.
• Provide expert analysis and recommendations to Government representatives.
• Prepare briefings, BBPs, and documentation for working groups and teams.
• Coordinate with offices/agencies to develop analyses and courses of action.
• Support DoD acquisition phases for Joint CBRN programs.
