CHRISTUS Health in San Antonio seeks a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist II to perform advanced imaging and procedural support in complex cardiac cases, operating fluoroscopy, IVUS, and ICE while maintaining sterile technique and patient safety.

The role serves as Radiation Safety representative and preceptor for staff, collaborating with physicians and the Cath Lab team to ensure high-quality care, equipment readiness, and department efficiency in all procedures.

Competenze

• 2 years of Diagnostic, Interventional Radiology, or Cath/EP Lab experience is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months of hire to work independently.

Mansioni

• Meets expectations of clinical competencies and leads in safety and quality.
• Ensures equipment is operational and documents quality control activities.
• Performs fluoro imaging and digital image acquisition.
• Maintains sterile technique and patient safety protocols.
• Trains and precepts junior staff and serves as Radiation Safety representative.
