Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Beaumont, TX, seeks a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist I to support cardiac procedures and operate cath lab equipment, including fluoro imaging and image acquisition.

You will ensure accurate documentation, maintain aseptic technique, and act as radiation safety representative when X-ray is used, while collaborating with the medical team. MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE; Full-time role at an academic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or healthcare field; associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or within designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Ensure major equipment is operational and document for QA; report issues.
• Participate in daily room checks and stocking of supplies.
• Access daily patient schedule and appropriate information for procedures.
• Operate cath lab imaging equipment and related devices.
• Document patient data, hemodynamics, and ECG during procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and patient safety; ensure proper room configuration.

Education
