Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Catering Manager in a Marriott luxury hotel setting.
• Experience with Marriott CI/TY preferred and strong client relations.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and deliver 5-star service.

• Book and service events without guest room needs, excluding social weddings.
• Develop new business and manage existing accounts to exceed activity goals.
• Create BEOs with setup, A/V and food & beverage requirements.
• Coordinate with Banquet and Culinary teams and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain Delphi forecasting and manage client follow-ups post-event.
