You will collaborate with culinary, logistics, sales, and on-site teams to ensure orders—drop-off, pick-up, and full-service—meet the MML standard of excellence.

The role emphasizes operational consistency and efficiency across production, distribution, and event support, with opportunities for growth within MML Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of catering operations, logistics, event production, or hospitality operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational hub for daily catering activities, aligning sales, culinary, service, and logistics teams.
• Oversee production timelines, delivery routing, equipment prep, and day-of-order readiness.
• Monitor kitchen worksheets, production schedules, and operational timelines for accuracy.
• Confirm prep, packing, and distribution needs for events, including drop-offs and full-service.
• Troubleshoot last-minute changes or client needs in real time.
