Qualifications

• Previous sales and catering coordination experience preferred.
• Proficient in event management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details and group blocks in Opera.
• Create Group Resumes, deposits and reservations, and process catering orders.
• Prepare BEOs and floor plans for client review and coordinate with kitchen/banquet staff.
