Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive catering/banquet leadership experience in private clubs, resorts, hotels, or high-volume events.
• Proven experience managing teams, schedules, payroll approvals, and multi-event operations.
• Strong understanding of event sales, planning, and service execution standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of events: inquiry, proposal, booking, planning, execution, billing follow-through.
• Review and approve major proposals, contracts, BEOs, and event timelines for accuracy and profitability.
• Maintain high-touch member/client experiences and escalate complex requests or high-profile events.
